child's likes and dislikes; Avoid force feeding. |

Mashed
vegetable like potato, carrot, beetroot and green leafy vegetables
should be given one at a time along with the above mentioned foods

The yellow
of the boiled egg to be given first followed by the white, may be
started from 6-8 months. |

No need for
multi-vitamin drops, gripe water or any other tonics for normal
body while on exclusive breast feeds. |

Weight your
child every month upto one-year, every two months upto 3 years,
and thereafter every three months upto 6 yeras regularly, which
will indicate the weight gain and the adequacy of nutrition.
